The night after witnessing the beautiful beaver moon rise over Prospect Park, I got to work re-creating what that moment felt like to me: like a moment out of a storybook. After creating my illustration, I pinpointed elements of the design I wanted to give motion to. Utilizing parallax, the wave principle, and time displacement, I created this short animated illustration.
